  • How are investment returns distributed?

    Invested capital is returned first. Remaining profits are split 80% to investors and 20% to carried interest. Eligible investors or scouts who sourced the deal receive half the net carry from that investment.

  • What does ADIN invest in?

    ADIN targets pre-seed through Series A companies across AI and other emerging technologies. The network sources opportunities, AI agents research them, and GPs make the final investment decisions.

  • How can I participate in investment decisions?
