Apply as a Scout
  1. You: I want to submit a deal.
  2. ADIN: Can you share the company details? Start with its name, website, and a short description of what it does. Attach the pitch deck if you have one. I’ll use those materials to research the company, its market, and its competitors. If you know the round, traction, or why the deal caught your attention, include that too.
  3. You: Beacon Labs builds field sensors that help construction teams track site progress. Here’s the website and their seed deck. beaconlabs.com (Beacon Labs Pitch.pdf)
  4. ADIN: Got it. I have Beacon Labs’ company details and pitch deck. I’m now working through the product, customer need, market, and team to put your report together. You can follow the progress below. Once it’s ready, we can review the findings and turn any gaps in the evidence into questions for the founders. (Beacon Labs: Researching the company and its market, in progress)
  5. ADIN: Your deal report is ready. It brings together Beacon Labs’ company overview, market research, competitive landscape, and the questions worth following up on. Start with the summary for the main findings, then explore the evidence behind the opportunity. I can help you review the risks or prepare a focused set of questions for the team. (Beacon Labs: Construction Technology, ADIN score 82%)
  6. You: How does carry work at ADIN?
  7. ADIN: Carry is a share of the profit from an investment. If ADIN funds an eligible deal you sourced, you receive 50% of the net carry from that deal, subject to your scout agreement. Your share is paid when eligible investment profits produce distributable carry—not when you submit a deal or when its report is ready. The agreement and fund terms determine eligibility, deductions, and distribution timing.
  8. You: How do I join ADIN’s weekly calls?
  9. ADIN: You can join ADIN’s weekly call every Tuesday from 12 to 1 PM Eastern. Add it to your calendar below to join the conversation with the network. It’s a relaxed way to hear what others are working on and bring your own questions. Meet founders and investors, discuss emerging tech and fresh deals, and share what you’re seeing in the market.
